Learn to breathe through your 'prana tube', to bring you into a blissful state of Unity Consciousness
As you consciously breathe prana in from above, you awaken your pineal gland. As you breathe prana in from below, you receive healing from our great Mother Earth. As the prana meets in your heart centre, you are tuned into Christ consciousness, the energy of the fifth dimension.

Unity Consciousness Breath (WRITTEN)
In the voice of the warrior within, manifest a column of Light around your body and aura, commanding out loud, “I call Light to myself now!” A pure intense light surrounds you now, cascading like an infinite waterfall of White Light from the heart of the Cosmos. The light pours through your body and into the heart of our Great Mother Earth.
Look to the top of your aura now, and experience the opening of your Cosmic Star Portal. This uppermost of the 12 chakras opens in the White Light, aligning you with the highest energies available to you now. Look to the bottom of your aura, experiencing the opening of your Earth Star Portal. This, the first of your 12 chakra system, opens in the White Light, grounding you into the heart of the Earth Mother.
Now visualise your prana tube, like a fluorescent glass tube running straight through your 12 chakras, the 3 above the head, the 7 within, and the 2 below. This prana tube is 1 and a half to 2 inches in diameter. It enters through your Cosmic Star Portal from all-that is-above, runs straight through your body, and exits through the Earth Star Portal into all-that-is-below.
Use your breath to draw golden-white Light into the prana tube now, from above and below, so that a bright ball of Light starts to grow in your heart centre in your chest. With every in-breath you draw the light in through both your crown and your root chakras – with every out-breath you feel the ball of light in your heart centre growing brighter.
As you feel the energies uniting in your heart, a feeling of love and bliss starts to grow within you. Draw the light from above and below continuously into your heart, feeling the sphere of Light in your chest start to expand.
As you experience this expansion in your heart, allow feelings and thoughts of love to flow through your consciousness. With an inward smile, send unconditional love to yourself, through every cell of your body.
Send unconditional love from your heart to all the plants and animals of our planet Earth – and feel it return to you, amplified. Send unconditional love to our human tribe – every single human on the planet now – and feel that love returned to you. Let gratitude for your life on Earth flood through your mind, emotions and body.
You are breathing in the energies of Heaven and Earth, from above and below – feeling the beautiful ball of Light in your chest growing – feeling yourself existing, in this moment, in a state of bliss and love! Let the sphere in your heart grow bigger and bigger – so big that it spills into your aura - until you feel yourself encased in a huge sphere of light – your Light body.

Respiro della Coscienza dell’Unità
Con la voce del Guerriero che è dentro di te, manifesta una colonna di luce attorno al tuo corpo ed alla tua aura, comandando a voce alta: Invoco la luce su di me, ora.
Una luce intensa e pura ora ti circonda, scendendo come una cascata infinita di luce bianca dal cuore del cosmo. La luce scorre attraverso il tuo corpo e si riversa nel cuore della nostra grande madre Terra.
Adesso rivolgi lo sguardo alla cima della tua aura e percepisci l’aprirsi del tuo portale stellare cosmico. Questo chakra, il più alto dei 12 chakra umani, si apre nella luce bianca allineandoti con le più elevate energie che ora sono a tua disposizione. Poi rivolgi lo sguardo al fondo della tua aura e percepisci l’aprirsi del tuo portale stellare terrestre. Questo è il primo nel sistema dei 12 chakra. Si apre nella luce bianca, ancorandoti al cuore di madre Terra.
Ora visualizza il tubo del prana, simile ad un tubo di vetro fluorescente che corre diritto attraverso i 12 chakra: i 3 sopra la testa, i 7 all’interno del corpo e i 2 al di sotto. Il tubo del prana ha un diametro di circa 4 o 5 centimetri; entra attraverso il portale cosmico da tutto ciò che sta sopra di te, corre in linea retta attraverso il corpo e ne esce attraverso il portale terrestre, in direzione di tutto ciò che sta sotto.
Usa il respiro per aspirare luce bianco-dorata nel tubo del prana, dall’alto e dal basso, alimentando una sfera di luce brillante che inizia a crescere nel tuo centro del cuore, nel torace. Ad ogni inspirazione fai entrare la luce dal chakra della corona e dal chakra radice; ad ogni espirazione senti la palla di luce nel centro del cuore diventare sempre più brillante.
Nel sentire le energie unirsi nel tuo cuore, cominci a provare una sensazione crescente di amore e di beatitudine. Continua ad assorbire nel tuo cuore la luce dall’alto e dal basso e percepisci la sfera di luce nel torace che a poco a poco si espande. Mentre la senti espandersi nel tuo cuore, lascia che sensazioni e pensieri d’amore universale fluiscano attraverso la tua coscienza.
Con un sorriso rivolto all’interno, manda a te stesso amore incondizionato attraverso ogni cellula del tuo corpo. Dal cuore manda amore incondizionato a tutte le piante e gli animali del nostro pianeta Terra e senti che questo amore ritorna a te amplificato. Manda amore incondizionato alla nostra tribù umana, ad ogni singolo essere umano del pianeta, e senti che questo amore ritorna a te. Lascia che pensieri di gratitudine per la tua vita sulla Terra riempiano la tua mente, le tue emozioni e il tuo corpo.
Stai respirando le energie del Cielo e della Terra, dall’alto e dal basso, e senti la bellissima sfera di luce che cresce dentro di te, senti che esisti in questo istante in uno stato di beatitudine ed amore. La sfera nel cuore diventa sempre più grande, così grande che invade la tua aura, finchè ti senti avvolto in una enorme sfera di luce, il tuo corpo di luce.
Inspirando consapevolmente il prana dall’alto risvegli la tua ghiandola pineale; inspirando il prana dal basso ricevi l’azione guaritrice della nostra grande madre Terra. Quando i due flussi di prana si uniscono nel cuore, ti sintonizzi con la coscienza del Cristo, l’energia della quinta dimensione.
