NEW Essential Daily Practices
The Essential Daily Practises (any of the 3 versions) is practised by hundreds of thousands of people around the world - because it is, quite simply, the most useful way of empowering and bringing yourself into balance that I have ever found! In the course of the meditation you will call Light to yourself, ground into Gaia, recall your energy, cleanse & protect your aura, and reconnect your 12 strands of DNA & the 12 chakras. Start your day with all of your energy present, cleansed and protected, grounded into Gaia, & connected with Heaven & Earth!
When my guides gave me this meditation, they said that it would change the world almost instantly if practised by enough people! Please spread the word and pass it onto others.

(The meditations are much more effective with the music and Solara An-Ra's voice, but the written form may help you understand them)
Bring your awareness inside now, into your being. Listen to your breath, and slow it down. As you say the following invocations, understand that your wish is your command. And so it is.
1. Say out loud ‘I call light to myself now!’
A column of bright white light pours down through your aura and your body, instantly raising your vibration. Watch the light flowing down from an infinite source above you, through your energy, straight down into the Earth below, through the body of Gaia and into the core crystal. You are in a state of vertical connection now, with all-that-is-above and all-that-is-below.
2. Tune into your aura now – the egg shape of energy on all side of you, to the front, the back, the left and the right, above and below your body. Place your attention at the very top & very bottom points of your aura - your Cosmic and Earth Star Portal chakras.
Affirm ‘I open my Cosmic & Earth Star Portals now!’
As the portal chakra at the top of your aura opens, a more concentrated light starts to flow from the heart of the galaxy through your crown chakra and through the centre of your body. Watch it move through your root chakra, and through the chakra at the bottom of your aura which is now open, in preparation for grounding.
3. Say, ‘I ground myself into the heart of Gaia now!’ and send a cord of light from the 2nd chakra in your belly, straight down through your root chakra, and into the core crystal of Mother Earth. The iron crystals in your blood go into resonance with the beautiful magnetic iron core crystal, and you experience yourself as one with the great Mother.
4. Still aware of your aura on all sides, command ‘Let all energy I have given away or left behind return to me now!’ Feel your energy returning into your energy field and body – perhaps into certain chakras or from a certain direction.’ Your aura becomes brighter and stronger as your energy returns to you. Welcome your power back as it returns!
5. Now say ‘I call a golden rain-shower to cleanse and heal my aura now!’
The angels send this golden shower now, pouring through your aura – golden particles of light, like a shower of rain, pouring through your energy.
6. As your aura is saturated with golden, angelic Light, as your heart opens say ‘I call unconditional love to myself now!’ Feel the blissful energy of unconditional love, from your Higher Self, from Mother God & Father God, opening your heart chakra now!
Now spin a thread of golden light around your aura in a sun-wise direction - from the uppermost point above your head, around and around your aura, completing below your feet. There is now a crust or edge of golden light about an inch thick around your aura, which seals your energy and keeps you in a high vibration after the meditation.
7. Now command, ‘I ask for my 12 chakras and 12 strands of DNA to be reconnected now!’
Visualise any disconnected strands of DNA coalescing into spirals of Light in every cell, reconnecting you. At the same time your 12 chakras start to spin together, from the cosmic star chakra at the top of your aura, to your Earth Star at the bottom of your aura. 3 chakras above the body, 7 within, and 2 below. This reconnection of your full DNA and chakric systems allowing you to become the multi-dimensional master who you truly are!
And so it is!

Transcript: Original Essential Daily Practices
Close your eyes, settle into your body and slow your breath down. As you say the following invocations, understand that your wish is your command. And so it is.
1. Say out loud ‘I call light to myself now!’
As you call, a column of light, infinite in nature, pours down through your aura and your body, encompassing you in a higher vibration. This light that you call to yourself literally enlightens your being. It places you in a vertical alignment where you are connected with Heaven and Earth. It assists your body in raising its vibration in preparation for your movement into the 5th dimension.
2. Now say, ‘I ground myself into the heart of Gaia now!’
Stretch your awareness deep down into the heart of the Earth Being upon which you sit – there you will see a beautiful magnetic iron core crystal. Create a grounding cord like a rope made out of light, and attach that cord into your 2nd chakra in your belly if you are a woman, or into your 1st chakra at the base of your spine if you are a man. Send that grounding cord straight down to attach magnetically into the crystal at the heart of Gaia. You feel yourself very present in your body now – grounded, relaxed and heavy.
3. Now command ‘Let all energy I have given away or left behind return to me now!’
With this invocation you feel all of your energy returning to you from all directions. Become aware of your aura in all 6 directions – to the front, the back, the left and right, above and below. Repeat 'Let all energy I have given away or left behind return to me now!’ Feel the concentration and expansion of your aura as your energy returns to you.
4. Now say ‘I call a golden rain-shower to cleanse and heal my aura now!’
The angels send this golden shower now, pouring through your aura – golden particles of light, like a shower of rain, pouring through the energy which is you. As this rain-shower completes its cleansing and healing work, consciously spin a thread of golden light around your aura from the uppermost point above your head, spin this golden thread of light in a sun-wise direction, around and around, around the widest part of your aura, completing at the lower-most edge below your feet – leaving a crust or edge of golden light around your aura which continues to heal and protect your energy until you do this practice again.
5. Now command, ‘I ask for my 12 strands of DNA to be reconnected now!’
Visualise the double helix of your DNA and the disconnected strands reconnecting, allowing you to be the multi-dimensional master who you truly are. Feel a sense of reconnection within your body.
Command, ‘I ask for my 12 chakra system to be reconnected now!’. You may experience a spinning sensation within your body or your body may begin to move or spin as this connection takes place.
6. Stretch your awareness to your uppermost part of your aura now – to the ‘Cosmic Star Portal’ chakra.
Affirm ‘I open my Cosmic Star Portal to connect with the heart of the Great Central Sun!’
This connection allows the highest possible connection with your guides, and allows the information and energy which is needed for your vertical alignment and ascension to enter into your aura and body.
Now stretch your awareness to the very bottom of your aura, below your feet, to your ‘Earth Star Portal.’
Affirm ‘I open my Earth Star Portal to connect with the heart of Gaia.’ Your deeper connection with Earth through this portal allows you to be a channel for the energy of Heaven onto Earth now.
7. To assist this connection we end with a mantra which awakens your knowledge of your ancient heritage and shamanic powers so that you may see through the veil to the reality that WE ARE ALL ONE!

My dearest Solara, I came across an article of yours in Spiritlibrary, which took me to our website. By 'coincidence' I happened upon your "Energy-Breath Control-Meditation Lessons"... and they have blown my mind! Originally from New Jersey USA, I came to Greece about 33 years ago. During the last 15 years or so, I can't bear the heat here in summer. I felt as if there was a huge straw stuck in my aura and that my energy was being sucked out of me. I kept feeling drained and exhausted. The doctors said there was nothing wrong with me... And in October my energy would ebb back in and I would be fine. About two weeks ago, I started your Lessons. From the first session I felt 70% better! I couldn't believe it!!! I practice a few times a day and very quickly the 70% became 100%!!! I still can't believe it!!! For me, this is a miracle! So many years suffering and by meditating as you taught me to overcome this within a few days???? AMAZING! AND that wasn't all. I'm sooooooooo much happier than I've ever been! Even though there is much turmoil around me, I feel safe, content, happy, secure and confident. Who? ME!!! Dear sister, today, when I tried your "Angelic Higher Self Activation Meditation", I cried. After watching your 7steps to 2012, remembering your 7th step, connecting with gaia, and then transmuting the light, in the meditation, from the heavens into gaia WITH LOVE, I couldn't help but cry. I cried for how much I love gaia and how I long to show her each and every waking moment. I cried because I could feel her love as well, it was so incredibly strong and nourishing. I don't encounter quite an unconditional love like that very often. Perhaps every now and then in brief moments with humans or animals but now that I connected with her again through this meditation, I can feel that love every time I concentrate on it. Dear Sister, I've been utilizing the 11-11-11 meditation as much as possible on a daily basis. Today I listened to it repeatedly as my bus traveled from the burbs to the big city. Dear Solara, i just want you to know that your new meditation 11 11 11 ohh is soooo powerful!!! When I arrived to the part of visulalizing my third eye with the flame and then puting the flame in my hart BOOOM my head intantly went back completle and my tongue went up to my palate - my heart was beating very fast and also I was breathing very quickly although i was in so much peace I stayed in that position for 10 min at that time I wasnt in charge of my body. i couldn´t move my brain didnt respond , i knew something was happenig to me something good !!!! Afterwards I felt like I was a different person very weird but beautifull at the same time.I stayed in a meditation state for 15 min more and return to my physical body slowly..
