An Oasis of Calm

Casa Solara is a place to take time out to rejuvenate body, mind and soul ~ a light and airy villa with beautiful countryside views, nestled in the unspoilt Can Guasch-valley in the north of the island. The maximum capacity of the villa is 14 guests (2 per room) ~ 5 guest bedrooms with private terraces overlooking the hills, plus 1 yurt and 1 large bell tent in a beautiful natural setting.

We offer an indoors meditation/workshop room, outdoor dining/ chilling areas and a stunning yoga/workshop platform with shade roof in the garden.

Casa Solara is a perfect venue for yoga groups, spiritual workshops, and in July/August for b&b guests who want a peaceful, rejuvenating holiday. Gluten and/or sugar-free no problem.

There are 2 full bathrooms in the house, plus 2 outdoor showers and an extra pretty outdoor toilet.

Sunrise at Aguas Blancas Beach: beautiful for yoga and meditation

There are beautiful beaches in all directions, 15 minutes drive from our casa, including Benirras, Aguas Blancas & Cala Nova ~ and of course Santa Eularia beach, only 6 minute's away. To explore the island guests are encouraged to hire a car - 2 or 3 people can share the cost. There are a wealth of things to see on the island like Ibiza city's old walled town, the hippy markets and Es Vedra. Guests can also book in for a gorgeous spa day at Atzaro Hotel, only a 5 minute drive or 35 minute walk away.

FROM THE AIRPORT (25 minute's drive): - Follow IBIZA(Eivissa) signs until you get the option SANTA EULALIA/PORTINAX - follow the road straight to SANTA EULALIA.
At the roundabout just outside the town take the 3rd turn-off to SAN CARLOS.
at the next roundabout take the 2nd turn-off to CAN GUASCH
After 1.1km turn RIGHT at the Atzaro sign (half-built house on the left).
After 0.8km take the LEFT fork, towards Atzaro (pyramid of white rocks).
After 0.6km at the 3rd Atzaro sign turn LEFT (pyramid of rocks) - it's the first tall white house on the left with pink flags.

From the SAN JUAN Rd: Turn towards St Eularia between km 12 & 12.5 (between Cicale and Noah's Garden)
After 1.3km (where the road curves right) keep left and go over 2 small bridges (Camis de Fils sign)
The house is 300m along on the right, turn right at the first pink flag & left into driveway.

This magical place called Casa Solara Ibiza! In my opinion, Ibiza owes its identity of being magical because of the people it attracts and therefore energies it brings to the island. Casa Solara is the place I think about instantly, when I think about magical Ibiza. The energy it delivers comes to you already when you enter the parking, which leads to the garden. You can feel it straight away. The beautiful energy comes from the people who live there and visit the place, which has its outcome on the way the garden and the interior of Casa Solara is been build. Simply beautiful. Call it bohemian, call it pure or back to nature. I simply love being at Casa Solara, cause it’s exactly what Ibiza is about to me. Purity, magnificent energies and a feeling of openness and freedom. I had a great time staying with Solara. The place felt and is a country retreat, complete with fresh eggs from the chicken on the property for breakfast! Solara was such a beautiful hostess, she promptly drove to town to pick me up when I did not know my way around. The other guests that were staying were just as nice which all created a very safe and loving atmosphere. I would love to come back and stay a bit longer, though you would need a car to get around. Thanks Solara!!!

What a fabulous stay! Casa Solara is an oasis of calm, peace and quiet. I stayed here for 4 nights in early Sept with my mother, who absolutely loved the place too. The GAIA bedroom was beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the guesthouse, and the yoga area/outdoor breakfast area was the cherry on the cake! The guesthouse is ideally located to explore all parts of the island, if you have a car. I would definitely recommend this place to family/friends. Thanks for the lovely stay, Casa Solara :)

Where do I start? Casa Solara isn't just a stay, it's a feeling, a moment, a magical experience. Once me and Philippa arrived we didn't want to leave......so we didn't for most of our stay. Solara is truly a calming soul opening her home and heart to her guests and friends. The area surrounding Solara's leaves you impressions of being in the middle of the countryside while still being less than 10 mins from all the amenities you would need in the beautiful Santa Eularia town. Traveling to literally anywhere on the North "calm" side of the Island is never more than between 15 and 20 mins away. We saw over 5 picturesque beaches within one day! Peaceful well furnished rooms, amazing views, beautiful garden, fresh eggs from the chickens and if you are feeling a bit more into the Ibiza "hippy" vibe rent one of the two spacious cosy tents/teepees outside under the endless stars. What we love about the area is that you have every level of budget, of food and entertainment, fancy or hippy, you will find it here. This is Not for the clubbing/tourist crowd, which also keeps your feelings of the mystic natural aura of the island and home authentic and intact. When I arrived at Casa Solara last year July I instantly felt peaceful and relaxed. The surrounding is absolutely breathtaking - you really feel one with nature.Solara is a very welcoming person and a true expert in what she does. Although before I had little introduction in the spiritual world, it was easy for me to pick up the flow and start my journey in meditation and healing. On the one hand Solara coached me through it personally and on the other hand she was well able to enhance the group spirit at the same time. For me it was the best week of my life so far!
